Booking Your Visit
Please contact our friendly bookings officer on (03) 9285 9355. To make a booking you will need to provide us with the following details:

• Date
• School address
• Phone and fax number
• Email address 
• Time of arrival and departure
• Contact name of teacher
• Number of students/classes and their year level

Choose a Program
If you would like an educator led discovery session then please choose a topic focus from our School Programs and let us know what you would like to do. To maximise the learning opportunities for your students you can refer to the pre and post visit activities

Note: for an educator led session the minimum group size is 12. If you have a smaller group booking, you may pay for 12 students or contact a neighbouring school and organise a joint excursion. 

Discovery Sessions
If you have booked in for a discovery session a zoo educator will call you before your visit to confirm details and to answer any questions you may have.

Please note that these sessions are planned to a timetable and cannot be altered.

Storage
Locker storage is available for bags and lunches ($7.00 per day which includes a $5.00 refund on return of the key)  - please enquire at admissions on arrival.
