Booking Your Visit
Please contact our friendly bookings officer on (03) 9731 9601 and make a booking with the following details:

• Date
• School address
• Phone and fax number
• Email address
• Time of arrival and departure
• Contact name of teacher
• Number of students/classes and their year level

Choose a Program
If you would like an educator led discovery session then please choose a topic focus from our School Programs and let us know what you would like to do. To maximise the learning opportunities for your students you can refer to the pre and post visit activities.

You will also be able to book a Safari Tour at this time which is included in the admission price.

Note: for an educator led session the minimum group size is 12. If you have a smaller group booking, you may pay for 12 students or contact a neighbouring school and organise a joint excursion. 

Payment
Please refer to our Program Costs. If you wish to be invoiced, please provide a Purchase Order from your organisation at Admissions. Zoos Victoria ABN number is 969-139-590-53.

Alternatively, payment may be made by credit card or cash in one transaction on admission.

Discovery Sessions and Safari Tours
Discovery Sessions and Safari Tours are planned to a set timetable and cannot be altered. 

Safari Tours at Werribee Open Range Zoo are rostered to strict departure times so please ensure your arrival time is a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your set booking.
